About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager / Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation programmes across cloud, infrastructure, data, and enterprise applications. You'll manage end-to-end delivery, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful execution of complex, business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple technology projects and programmes from initiation to delivery.
Manage budgets, resources, risks, governance, and executive reporting.
Work with business, engineering, architecture, and vendor teams.
Drive cloud migration, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure delivery quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Lead Agile and Waterfall delivery across global teams.

Required Experience
**********************
10+ years in IT project/programme delivery.
Proven delivery of large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Government, or Consulting.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and financial governance skills.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, Agile, Jira, Confluence, and enterprise applications.

Preferred Certifications:

PRINCE2, Scrum Master/CSP, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent.

Ideal for candidates with experience as: Senior Delivery Manager, Technical Program Manager, Programme Manager, Digital Transformation Manager, Enterprise Delivery Manager, or Infrastructure Programme Manager.
